About
I'm Aaradhana Ojha, an entrepreneur and aspiring design leader based in Nepal. With a background in Electronics, Communication and Information Engineering, my journey has been shaped by building technology-driven ventures, working closely with businesses, and teaching students to approach problems creatively — experiences that have strengthened my belief that meaningful innovation begins with understanding people, not simply introducing technology.
My entrepreneurial journey began with Ray Rentals, a venture focused on first- and last-mile mobility through mini electric scooters. A co-founder and I developed both hardware and software and pitched the venture at IdeaStudio, College Idea Hunt and National Idea Hunt. Ray Rentals received a Golden Ticket through Nabil SSE, recognizing its potential as an innovative mobility solution.
In 2022 I co-founded Amplify Digital (opens in a new tab), a digital marketing and IT agency serving more than 100 small and medium-sized businesses in Nepal. I also co-founded Array Codes, which delivers websites, apps and social media management to SMEs, and my newest venture, Koili, is an AI receptionist that helps small businesses manage customer communication around the clock. Across these ventures, I've explored how technology, business strategy and user experience can work together to solve practical problems.
Alongside entrepreneurship, education has become an important part of my work. From teaching Python at Smart Cheli to leading STEAM and Design learning at Himalayan Whitehouse IB World School, I've seen students grow when they're encouraged to ask questions, experiment, build prototypes and learn from failure — and that's reinforced my interest in human-centered design and the role of education in empowering people to become problem-solvers.

How I work
- Start with people — understand their needs, circumstances and challenges before deciding what to build.
- Design with purpose — use technology as a means to solve meaningful problems, not as an end in itself.
- Learn through experimentation — build, test, gather feedback and improve through iteration.
- Make innovation accessible — create solutions that respond to real-world constraints and expand people's ability to participate and make decisions.
What's next
I aspire to pursue graduate study in Design, to deepen my understanding of human-centered research, prototyping and multidisciplinary collaboration. I'm particularly interested in how digital experiences can respect people's attention, support their autonomy, and respond to their everyday realities.
My long-term goal is to develop a design-led innovation practice that connects research, technology and entrepreneurship to create lasting value for Nepali communities, young innovators and small businesses.
